ITCRS was established in 2004. We are a state-of-the-art e-commerce resource center that provides employment services to both employers and career developers.

Computer technology has become an intricate part today's society, and it affects all sectors of business and industry. Our goal is to provide both employers and career developers with a resource center that can assist them in achieving their employment and career objectives.

FOR THE CANDIDATE (Career Seekers)
We specialize in an efficient, highly effective online candidate placement service. This service enables job seekers and career advancers to be placed in positions that directly match to their skill levels and career objectives.

A person’s career is one of the most important assets in life. Finding the right career opportunity for our candidates is our specialty.

Post Candidate Profile, Resumes & Cover Letters:
Career seeking candidates can quickly and efficiently place their profile, resume, and cover letter in our candidate register. After your profile has been posted, thousands of employers will be able to view your profile data and a make inquires regarding your candidacy for employment.

Employment inquires can be emailed directly to the candidates email address, or made by phone contact. Inquires can also be stored in an ITCRS secure candidate emailbox for any time access. A notice election option is available. If selected, ITCRS will send a notice to the candidate’s ITCRS secure emailbox each time an employer enquiry is received.

Resume and Cover Letter Assistance:
ITCRS provides services for resume and cover letter evaluation and editing. A candidate may elect to do this on their own, or opt to use the ITCRS resume and cover letter assistance service. ITCRS partners with ResumeEdge to provide you the highest quality of resume evaluation, editing and composition.

A candidate’s resume and cover letter should be professionally designed and structured to reflect the maximum amount of marketability. Resumes and cover letters will be designed specifically for IT hiring managers.

The resume and cover draft can be sent directly to the candidate’s email address or placed in their ITCRS secure candidate mailbox for anytime access.

Job Search Engines:
ITCRS offers three job search engines. Two of them are free, and one is fee based. First free search engine: You can search for free in our ITCRS database of positions where companies and staffing firms have listed their open positions. Second free search engine: You can search for free on our Internet job search engine that searches through the entire internet for open positions.

ITCRS also offers a search engine that links to On-Line Hiring Companies. ITCRS has researched and located companies that provide an on site portal for directly placing your resume on the companies site. Most of these companies have a dedicated career information page with a listing of their open positions.

Due to the extensive research evolved in building this database, there is a small fee incurred for access. The benefits of being able to quickly find and access online hiring companies are invaluable. We have provided a search engine that will allow you locate the companies by geographic location, industry sector, and company size. This will greatly assist the candidate in finding specific companies that they want to target for employment.

Candidate Smart Placement Service: (candidate to position matching)
ITCRS offers smart placement, a unique service that will allow a candidate to find a position without having to search for a job listing. The candidate starts by entering their profile data into our candidate profile screen. ITCRS will then search and find a position that matches directly to the candidate’s profile. (to their skill levels, experience, location, industry sector, salary range, etc.).

After a position is found that matches to the candidates profile, ITCRS will send an introduction letter and a copy of the candidates resume directly to the employer. Each time this occurs: the candidate will be emailed a notice, informing the candidate that an introduction email has been transmitted. This email will state and identify the name of the employer and the specific position information. The notice can be sent directly to the candidate’s email address, or placed in the candidate’s ITCRS secure candidate emailbox for any time access.

Employment responses may come directly to the candidate from the employer by either email or phone. They may also come from ITCRS directly on behalf the employer. Employment responses sent from ITCRS can be sent directly to the candidates email address, or placed in the candidate’s ITCRS secure candidate emailbox for any time access.

The smart placement activity will continue on behalf of the candidate until the candidate finds and accepts a position. Or until the candidate cancels the activity.

Interview Scheduling/Appointment Setting:
Should an employer find an ITCRS candidate that they would like to interview, the employer can contact the candidate directly to set and interview appointment, or they can use the ITCRS interview scheduling service. The employer will then email the candidates name and ID number with the desired interview dates and times to the ITCRS human resouces desk. ITCRS will then contact the candidate and schedule an interview.

The interview can be either an in person interview at the employers facility, or another location of the employer’s choice. Other interviewing options such as a telephone interview, or chat room interview can also be scheduled. After the candidate has confirmed the interview date and time, ITCRS will notify the employer by email. A confirmation reply will be required by employer to validate the appointment date. Follow up interviews can also be scheduled in same manner.

Private Interviewing Chat Room:
Should and employer desire to communicate or interview a candidate over the Internet, ITCRS will provide a secure, private chat room for live one on one communication. The employer will then email the candidates name and ID number, along with the desired interview dates and time to the ITCRS human resources desk. ITCRS will then contact the candidate and schedule a live chat room interview.

Once the candidate has confirmed the interview date and time, ITCRS will notify the employer by email. A confirmation reply will be required by employer to validate the appointment date and time.

Interview Feed Back Reports:
Should an candidate desire a feed back report from the employer on the employer’s overview of the interview and level of interest in the candidate, ITCRS will contact the employer, and collect voluntary feedback information that will be placed into a feed back report.

Once the employer’s feed back report has been completed, the candidate will be notified by email. The feed back report then can be sent directly to the candidate’s email address or placed in their ITCRS secure candidate emailbox for anytime access.

Offers for Employment:
When an employer desires to make a employment offer to a candidate, the employer can contact the candidate directly, and make an offer by their selected method. The employer can also opt to make an offer to the candidate through ITCRS. The employer simply emails the candidates name and ID number and offer information to the ITCRS human resources desk. ITCRS with then contact the candidate, and make the employer’s offer as specifically stated in the offer information email received from the employer.

ITCRS will then procure the candidate’s reply. Once the candidate’s reply has been acquired, a notice will be sent to the employer. ITCRS will then forward the reply to the employer. The reply can be sent directly to the employer’s email address or placed in their ITCRS secure client emailbox for anytime access.

Counter Offer Mediation Service:
Should their be difference between the candidate and employer over the starting compensation package, ITCRS offers to mediate and/or make counter offers back and fourth to each party until an agreement can be reached, or until one of the parties withdraws from the negotiations. The candidate can simply email the employer's name and ID number and their counter offer information to the ITCRS human resources desk. ITCRS with then contact the employer, and make the candidate’s counter offer as specifically stated in the counter offer information email received from the candidate.

ITCRS will then procure the employer’s reply to the counter offer. Once the employer’s reply has been acquired, a notice will be sent to the candidate. ITCRS will then forward the reply to the candidate. The reply can be sent directly to the candidate’s email address or placed in their ITCRS secure candidate emailbox for anytime access.

Company Back Ground and Profile Checks:
ITCRS recommends to all candidates, to acquire a company background and profile report. This would include a report on the company’s operational history, management structure, financial position, and other relevant information.

The candidate may elect to perform this function on their own, or opt to purchase ITCRS services to perform this function.

Should the candidate elect to use ITCRS for this function, simply email the company’s name and ID number to the ITCRS human resources desk, and ITCRS will perform this service on behalf of the candidate.

Once the information has been received and the service completed by ITCRS, the candidate will be notified by email. A confirmation reply will be required by candidate before the information can be forwarded to the candidate. Once the confirmation reply has been received by ITCRS, the report will be sent directly to the candidate’s email address or placed in their ITCRS secure candidate emailbox for anytime access.

ITCRS Secure Candidate Emailbox with anytime access:
A Candidate can have all their employment communications sent directly to there own email address, or they can opt to rent an ITCRS Secure Candidate Mail Box to store all their employment communication data.

ITCRS offers cryptically secure Candidate emailbox that the candidate can use to direct and store all ecommerce employment communications that occur through ITCRS. The candidate will receive a email ID and password, and then can access their emailbox anytime, 24/7. ITCRS will direct employer responses from our Smart Placement Service directly into the Candidate's emailbox. This may include, request for interview, job offer letters, compensation counter offer letters, drug test request notice, employer background and profile reports, etc.


Candidate may also us their ITCRS email for regular email service if they wish.

When information is added to the candidates secure emailbox, an email notice will be automatically sent to the candidate's email address stating: New information has been placed in your ITCRS secure mailbox.

Drug Testing
Many companies require employment candidates to submit to a drug test before finalizing an employment offer. An employer may elect to perform this function through a drug testing center in which they have an agreement with, or they may opt to use ITCRS to perform this function.

Should the employer elect to use ITCRS for this function, simply email the candidates name and ID number, along with a drug test request form to the ITCRS human resources desk, and ITCRS will schedule this function to be performed on behalf of the employer.

After ITCRS receives the drug test request from the employer, we will contact the candidate, and attempt to acquire an agreement from the Candidate to submit to a drug test. Should the candidate not agree to take a drug test, ITCRS will email a notice to employer. If candidate agrees to drug test, then ITCRS will schedule this functin and forward test results to employer.

Human Resources Assistance:
Sometime various issues with an employer can arise that requires careful consultation and action. Also, in many cases, specific information may need to be acquired regarding employment issues, such as labor laws, employment discrimination issues, salary and wage matters, benefit packages, etc

ITCRS offers human resource consultation and research. Should an employee have a human resource issue that requires support consultation, data research, or mediation, our staff of HR professionals with evaluate the issue and provide assistance to resolution.

Should an employee elect to use ITCRS human resources services, simply email our human resources desk with a brief description of the issue or information needed. An ITCRS HR Professional will respond within two business days. However, if the employee’s HR issue is an urgent matter, that requires immediate assistance, please state “Urgent HR Matter” in the email. The request will then be processed as a high priority matter, and ITCRS will attempt to contact the employee on the same day as the email was received (all communications from ITCRS will occur during normal business hours).

Career Development:
In some cases a candidate may not possess the required skills or credentials needed to qualify for a specific career opportunity they are seeking.

ITCRS offers education and career consulting services. We will evaluate the candidate's current skill levels, experience, educational background, and certification credentials to determine if the candidate's qualifications meet employer hiring requirements for the position they are seeking.

Should a candidate need additional skill enhancement, degrees, and or certification credentials, we will recommend a training path that will enable the candidate to acquire these qualification credentials. We will assist the candidate in locating an educational institution or training company that will provide the needed curriculums. We will also evaluate financial assistance options to fund the candidate's tuition cost.

Should a candidate elect to use ITCRS career consulting services, simply email our human resources desk with a brief description of your career objective, or the position you are seeking with attached copy of your resume. You will be contacted by one of our senior ITCRS consultants who will evaluate your qualifications, and discuss your career options.
