Employment Advertisements
Companies can quickly and efficiently place an employment ad in our job and position register. Once the position has been posted, thousands of candidates will be able to view and reply to your specific ad. Candidate responses can be emailed directly to the employer's email address, or replies can be directed to and stored in an ITCRS secure client mailbox for any time access. Also, there is a notice election option, if selected, an email notice will be sent to the employer each time a new reply is entered in the employer's email address.

Smart Recruiting Service (candidate to position matching)
ITCRS offers smart recruiting, a unique service that will allow an employer to find a candidate without having to post an employment ad. The employer simply enters data into our candidate profile screen, and ITCRS will recruit, search and find candidates that match to that profile. As a result, the company will be presented with candidates that have the specific skills, industry experience, educational requirements, and other profile specifics that the company is seeking in a candidate.

When candidates are found that meet the profile specifics, the employer is automatically notified by email. The candidate’s resume can be sent directly to the employer's email address or placed in their ITCRS secure client mailbox for anytime access.

Candidate Database Access
Employers can also opt to purchase access to ITCRS Candidate Database. This will allow the employer to directly search themselves for a candidate by using our database search engine. While this method is more time consuming for the employer, it is still an effective option for the employer to locate a prime candidate.

Once a candidate has been located in the database, the employer simply clicks on the email resume button and the candidates resume will be automatically emailed directly to the employer’s email address or placed in their ITCRS secure client email box for anytime access.

Interview Scheduling/Appointment Setting
Should an employer find an ITCRS candidate that they would like to interview, the employer can contact the candidate directly to set and interview appointment, or they can use the ITCRS interview schedule service. Simply email the candidates name and ID number, along with the desired interview dates and time, and other relevant information to the ITCRS human resources desk, and ITCRS will contact the candidate and schedule an interview.

The interview can be either an in person interview at your facility, or another location of your choice. Other interviewing options such as a telephone interview, or chat room interview would also be available. After the candidate has confirmed the interview date and time, ITCRS will notify the employer by email. A confirmation reply will be required by employer to validate the appointment date. Follow up interviews can also be scheduled same manner.

Private Interviewing Chat Room
Should and employer desire to communicate or interview a candidate over the Internet, ITCRS will provide a secure, private chat room for live one on one online communication. Simply email the candidates name and ID number, along with the desired interview dates and time to the ITCRS human resources desk, and ITCRS will contact the candidate and schedule a live chat room interview.

Once the candidate has confirmed the interview date and time, ITCRS will notify the employer by email. A confirmation reply will be required by employer to validate the appointment date and time.

ITCRS Secure Client Email box with anytime access:
A Candidate can have all their employment communications sent directly to there own email address, or they can opt to rent an ITCRS Secure Candidate Mail Box to store all their employment communication data.

ITCRS offers cryptically secure client email box that the employer can use to direct and store all commerce employment communications that occur through ITCRS. The client will receive a email ID and password, and then can access their email box anytime, 24/7. ITCRS will direct employer responses from our Smart Placement Service directly into the Candidate's email box. This may include, request for interview, job offer letters, compensation counter offer letters, drug test request notice, employer background and profile reports, etc.

When information is added to the clients's secure email box, an email notice will be automatically sent to the clients's email address stating: New information has been placed in your ITCRS secure email box.

Interview Feed Back Reports
Should an employer desire a feed back report from the candidate on the candidate’s overview of the interview and level of interest in the position, ITCRS will contact the candidate, and collect voluntary feedback information that will be placed into a feed back report.

Once the candidate’s feed back report has been completed, the employer will be notified by email. The feed back report then can be sent directly to the employer's email address or placed in their ITCRS secure client email box for anytime access.

Job or Position Offers for Employment
Should an employer desire to make a job offer to a candidate, the employer can contact the candidate directly, and make an offer by their selected method. The employer can also opt to make an offer to the candidate through ITCRS. Simply email the candidates name and ID number and offer information to the ITCRS human resources desk. ITCRS with then contact the candidate, and make the employer’s offer as specifically stated in the offer information email received from the employer.

ITCRS will then procure the candidate’s reply. Once the candidate’s reply has been acquired, a notice will be sent to the employer. ITCRS will then forward the reply to the employer. The reply can be sent directly to the employer’s email address or placed in their ITCRS secure client email box for anytime access.

Counter Offer Mediation Service
Should their be difference between the candidate and employer over the starting compensation package, ITCRS offers to mediate and make counter offers back and fourth to each party until an agreement can be reached, or until one of the parties withdraws from the negotiations. The employer can simply email the candidates name and ID number and counter offer information to the ITCRS offer desk. ITCRS with then contact the candidate, and make the employer’s counter offer as specifically stated in the counter offer information email received from the employer.

ITCRS will then procure the candidate’s reply to the counter offer. Once the candidate’s reply has been acquired, a notice will be sent to the employer. ITCRS will then forward the reply to the employer. The reply can be sent directly to the employer’s email address or placed in their ITCRS secure client email box for anytime access.

Back Ground and Reference Checks
ITCRS recommends to all employers to perform a reference and background check evaluation on any candidate it is considering for employment.

A-Check America holds the ISO 9001:2000 certification and is respected across all sectors of industry. Together, ITCRS and A-Check America offer extensive services in background screening, drug screening, assessments, applicant tracking, finger printing and other related services.

These services are carefully preformed in a discreet, highly ethical and professional manner. All information is secured, and kept strictly confidential. Should the employer elect to use ITCRS for these functions, simply email the candidates name and ID number, along with the desired level of services to the ITCRS human resources desk, and ITCRS will perform the services on behalf of the employer.

Once the information has been received and the services completed by ITCRS, the employer will be notified by email. A confirmation reply will be required by employer before the information can be forwarded to the employer. Once the confirmation reply has been received by ITCRS, the reference and or back ground check reports will be sent directly to the employers email address or placed in their ITCRS secure client email box for anytime access.

Drug Testing
Many companies require employment candidates to submit to a drug test before finalizing an employment offer.

ITCRS offers a highly professional service for performing these functions. ITCRS partner's with A-Check America Inc., a nationwide, industry leading, full-service employment screening solutions provider. A-Check America holds the ISO 9001:2000 certification and is well respected across all sectors of industry. Together, ITCRS and A-Check America offer extensive services in background screening, drug screening, assessments, applicant tracking, finger printing and other related services.

Drug screening services and available in the following testing options: urine, blood, saliva, and hair follicle.

These services are carefully preformed in a discreet, highly ethical and professional manner. All information is secured, and kept strictly confidential. Should the employer elect to use ITCRS for this function, simply email the candidates name and ID number, along with a drug test request form to the ITCRS human resources desk, and ITCRS will schedule this function to be performed on behalf of the employer.

After ITCRS receives the drug test request from the employer, we will contact the candidate, and attempt to acquire an agreement from the Candidate to submit to a drug test. Should the candidate not agree to take a drug test, ITCRS will email a notice to employer. If candidate agrees to drug test, then ITCRS will schedule this function and forward test results to employer.

Human Resources Assistance:
Many companies do not fully staff a human resources department. Sometime various issues with employees can arise that requires careful consultation and action, or specific information may need to be acquired regarding employment issues, such as labor laws, employment discrimination issues, salary and wage matters, benefit packages, etc.

ITCRS offers human resource consultation and research. Should an employer have a human resource issue that requires support consultation, data research, or mediation, our staff of HR professionals with evaluate the issue and provide assistance to resolution.

Should an employer elect to use ITCRS human resources services, simply email our human resources desk with a brief description of the issue or information needed. An ITCRS HR Professional will respond within two business days. However, if the employers HR issue is an urgent matter, that requires immediate assistance, please state “Urgent HR Matter” in the email. The request will then be processed as a high priority matter, and ITCRS will attempt to contact the employer on the same day as the email was received (all communications from ITCRS will occur during normal business hours).

Employee Development
In some cases, IT an employee may not possess the required skills or qualifications to work on specific projects or contract assignments. Also keeping employees skilled in emerging technologies is an important priority for most companies.

ITCRS offers employee training research. We will evaluate and determine what skill sets are needed to efficiently work on specific hardware, software, network and security applications, or on emerging technologies. If the employer’s IT staff is deficient in skill sets in any of these areas, ITCRS will locate and recommend educational facilities that offer courses or training programs in the employer’s specific area of technical need. If desired, ITCRS will coordinate the scheduling and registration of the company’s employees for onsite or offsite training.

Should an employer elect to use ITCRS for this service, simply email our human resources disk with a brief description of the application in which training is needed. Within one business day, a Senior ITCRS training consultant will contact the employer to discuss their training needs.
