ITCRS QUALITY ASSURANCE AND REFUND POLICY

ITCRS is a service based company, and our highest priority is our customers.

Our services are based on a foundation of professionalism, quality, customer satisfaction and trust.

ITCRS has two primary services that we offer to our clients. Employer services consist of finding the best candidates possible for employment opportunities in their company. Candidate services consist of finding the best position possible that matches to their skill level and career goals. We perform these functions by using state-of-art-technology, and by staffing business professionals who are committed to superior customer satisfaction.

To ensure that ITCRS upholds the integrity of its services, we provide an online customer grievance register. Should a customer experience a problem with any of ITCRS services, they can document, register, and submit their grievance to ITCRS business ethics committee.

All registered grievances will be thoroughly evaluated by the highest level of ITCRS management. If ITCRS is found to have responsibility in providing an inferior service to any of its customers, the customer will receive an immediate and full refund equal to the amount of money they paid for their service. Evaluations will be completed within thirty (30) business days from submittal.

In the event a grievance is found to unsubstantiated, the customer will receive a full report of the grievance evaluation.

Please note that to file a grievance, you must be a resgistered user, have made a purchase, and have legitimate documentation to support your refund request.
